Reservation Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message after completing the payment process or confirming the reservation.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: from 2:00 pm.
Check-out: until 12:00 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods: The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation after this period or no-show, one night’s charge will be deducted from the reservation value.
Refunds: Any refund due will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on the payment method used.
3. Children and Extra Beds Policy
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
An extra bed or baby cot can be provided upon request, additional charges may apply.
The maximum number of extra beds or baby cots per room is subject to availability.
4. Hotel Rules
No Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas within the hotel are non-smoking, and smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
No Disturbance: Please respect the privacy of other guests and maintain an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
Personal Property: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, and it is recommended to use the safety deposit boxes available within the rooms.
